Ha! That's funny ... but maybe it's genius. There's this Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC) idea that's looking to replace our current system. Patients would be able to go to any doctor they choose and the doctors would have to compete for their business. A good analogy is plastic surgery - the consumer chooses the doctor and the doctor is dependant on reputation, skill, marketing, etc. Different doctor's charge different prices, etc. In the car mod world we have this concept of a "group buy"; everyone wants, say, downpipes and so you negotiate a better price from the supplier based on the volume. Why couldn't you do that with torn RCs? Get a single doctor to provide us with a group discount?
