yeah, it was definitely slow and IMO didn't advance much.  Kind of
another re-hash, as we had seen some of Hurley's back story regarding
the Lotto winning.  I realize this was from a different
perspective...but still...

After the episode I turned to my wife and said, "kinda slow tonite." 
she said, "kinda slow so far this season."

between beating us over the head with repeated scenes of entering the
hatch, and doing flashbacks that really (IMO) aren't all that
earth-shattering in what they reveal isn't going to do the job.

I'm not one who's screaming, "TELL ME EVERYTHING!  NO!!!".  But if
you're gonna tell me -something-...make it something worth hearing.

Where you say that you're willing to give this show a pass based on
the strength of the season so far...I kind of feel like I'm willing to
give this season a pass (so far) based on the strength of last season.
 Last night was just really kind of a step down (or a stop) in an
already slow moving season :|
