Here is what I got:

Everything that is going to happen to me is decided before I was born.
Which implies that I don't have any days before birth, hence I am not
yet alive.

Completely agree. Inmost being is the soul. But the "knit" and the
"woven" I take more to mean the physical stuff (frame) than the
metaphysical. I even could buy that it means that the physical and
metaphysical is what is knit together in the womb. But that sounds
more like a PROCESS to me. That at the beginning they aren't together,
and that only over time do I gel into a person, which is completed at
some later point in the process. Possibly at birth, but there is
nothing in there to say when that knitting is finished.
