It is legit. And they have a very good peer review system. Their
policy is if you want to be published, you have to pay $1500 before
the peer review. Its like a vanity journal almost. They don't accept
sponsorship or ads etc., in order to remain completely independent.

But there have been some very good articles published in their
journals. When their psych journal comes out I may submit something,
provided I can find someone else to pay the fees.
