Questions to consider: (1.) Should the federal gov't define when life begins? (2.) Should the feds punish those that "recklessly" begin life? (3.) If #2, who should be punished and how? Mother, father? (4.) If a pregnancy is terminated after #1, who should be punished and how? (5.)
