That is one of the biggest pieces of spin (ie manure) I've heard in a long time.

I'm currently working on a web site for a Stem Cell repository (see
http//stemcells.atcc.org for the current botched version of the site).
We link to the regulations involved. If what shrub has done is
considered support, I'd hate to see active hindrance. The regulations
to any research in stem cells is ridiculous. To do work with human
stem cells (adult or embryonal) the regs are much much worse. to the
point of hindrance.
