I totally agree.  However, some organizations force this crap on every
user.  The mail servers can be configured to append this lawyer-banter
w/o the knowledge of the user.

But, I totally agree that it does absolutely nothing to prevent criminal
behavior.

Maybe you should start replying back to each person saying you received
their message, in error, and wish to not see it ever again.  Unless they
remove the disclaimer.  ;-)
