My sympathies. Even though I live on the east coast and most of my relatives are on the west coast, I still get the same calls - at least its their dime, just not as often. When others have asked me (neighbours etc), I've told them that yes, but its something I do professionally. Then ask them if they ask for free advice from their lawyer etc. That usually works.
