Wow - nice place to be.

Let's see. When I think about the ideal job, I think about how stable it's
going to be (meaning - I'm not in a place right now to take a contract job).
I think about the health insurance and retirement options. I think about the
people I'll work with on a day to day basis. I think about whether or not
I'll be challenged and allowed to grow (though I'm less concerned with
actual upward mobility as in a new position).

I think where you're at in your life has a huge impact on what you look for
in a job. You're still pretty young and mobile - I'd say go with what
excites you most. When/if you end up with kids, you're going to care a lot
more about stability and the boring stuff.
