I don't know... you can put audio files, and text files, and now image 
and video files on the Apple devices, but I don't recall seeing logical 
instructions and interface elements being installed. Might check places 
like ipodlounge.com, though.

This is one reason why I've been excited by the iRiver U10, which was 
announced at MAX as shipping to North America next month. The native UI 
is Macromedia Flash, and it's very easy to load your own SWF work into 
this attractive pocket device.
