Remember that its not really Disney sponsored - they're just the
distributor and translater. I think that in general Disney has done a
good job with the Myazaki films, but from what I remember reading they
had no real choice. Myazaki was so pissed off with the original
Naussica translation (google Warriors of the Wind - I think that what
it was called) that when Disney approached him he had a bunch of
conditions including he had full artistic and translation control. The
quality of it shows.

Other Myazaki films to look at, Naussica and Porco Rosso - two of my favourites.

With a 8, almost 9 month old anklebiter/gummer I've not really had the
opportunity to go out to a lot of films lately, thank ghads for
Netflix.
