Maybe. Last we had to deal with him, he was over by someone else who I kind of cursed. loooong story, but they guy says it's all ok now. Haven't seen anything out of the ordinary here yet so I'm not going to jump to any conclusion that it's back until I see serious evidence. Could just be coincidence that everything dealing with water in the house is coming apart at the seams. Either that or the kids got into my private library and called something up. :) (joking on that last one. The library is secured from them and the really good books are in Hebrew which they can't really read 100% yet.)
