I went to the Madison Food and Wine show last weekend. Normally I wouldn't go, as it's $30/person. But, I got in free due to some volunteer work. Anyway, they had so many cheese samples you wouldn't believe it. I had this one that was amazing - Pleasant Ridge Reserve. The person passing out the samples was the farmer herself. Gotta love it:
