We can argue Keynes all day, but at the end your solution still ends
with, "... and that's why the government should mess with the labor
market."  Mine ends with, "... and that's why the gov't should stay
out of the labor market."

So we're left the classic liberal/conservative argument: you want the
government to solve the problem and I want the market to do it.

We don't need to have a Keynes debate to figure that out.
