The server being down would be an emergency. Anything you think is important 
enough to call me with would apply as well. As for your server, I'm sure I 
can help you out. :)

If you have a chance to get a phone and service, get a windows based phone 
with unlimited internet. Well worth it. I've got the PPC 6700 (nice large 
screen).
