oh well i've been eating better and doing more martial arts weapons training with a few buddies so hopefully in a few weeks i'll be back to 38 from 40 and then back to 36. My own fault really when i moved to florida i did not have any friends to play football with on the weekend. How i miss the brain jarring hits given and taken. One time we played football on the bay out by Bishopville Isles when it froze over. Talk about freaking stupid. Oh well the joys of being kids.
