So, we have a job opening that I've posted to CF-Jobs and Monster already, but we're not getting the right candidates in. I want to know if any of you have a good idea where to post our listing.
We're looking for half developer (CF/Fusebox 4) and half designer. Because there's not enough design to keep the person busy full-time, we want someone who can come in, standardize the look and feel of our extensive intranet (using web standards, CSS, XHTML), own the intranet stylesheets, be able to create clean, crisp interfaces, and be the go-to person for style/design going forward. But once that initial standardization is done (~4 months or so), we want that person to remain the maintenance designer for apps going forward, but move more into the CF app-coding world. Where do I find such a jack-of-all-trades? Neither avenues (CF-Jobs, nor Monster) have really yielded much. We either get super developers, or super designers, but no one in the middle... Any other mailing lists/websites I should post my listing to?
