I was in college for Psychology when I left for the web world (11 years back now). I had no real windows experience when got my first web job (which turned into a CF job). I barely had any Dos or Unix experience.
As for gigs, I'm getting a few full day consulting gigs where I talk about performance issues, walk through a site and explain proper caching, OO/CFC style programming, etc. My favorite types of contracts. Just explaining and reconfigging the JVM settings makes the clients happy. > No you never did i just drreamed that one of the original mr > coldfusions would be a linux buff.
