1.) If this case came down to your supposition, that Ms. Plame was not covert so there was no crime, wouldn't Mr. Fitzgerald have figured that out 2 years ago and closed the investigation? If it were that simple why interview any Whitehouse officials? Is he just dumber than you? 2.) Don't you think that Mr. Libby's lawyer would have figured this out 2 years ago? And advised Libby to tell all because no crime was possible? Why would Libby lie to cover up a non-crime? Is he just dumber than you? 3.) Mr. Fitzgerald detailed that the crime was likely committed by "official A", but that he couldn't charge Official A because Mr. Libby was lying. Is he mistaken about the crime? Are you a better attorney then Mr. Fitzgerald? Face it. Mr. Fitzgerald feels a crime was comitted, but can't nail the perp because he can't get accurate information due to Libby's obstruction. Further Libby lied for some reason.
