1.) If this case came down to your supposition, that Ms. Plame was
not covert so there was no crime, wouldn't Mr. Fitzgerald have figured
that out 2 years ago and closed the investigation? If it were that
simple why interview any Whitehouse officials? Is he just dumber than
you?

2.) Don't you think that Mr. Libby's lawyer would have figured this
out 2 years ago? And advised Libby to tell all because no crime was
possible? Why would Libby lie to cover up a non-crime? Is he just
dumber than you?

3.) Mr. Fitzgerald detailed that the crime was likely committed by
"official A", but that he couldn't charge Official A because Mr. Libby
was lying. Is he mistaken about the crime? Are you a better attorney
then Mr. Fitzgerald?

Face it. Mr. Fitzgerald feels a crime was comitted, but can't nail
the perp because he can't get accurate information due to Libby's
obstruction. Further Libby lied for some reason. Why would that be
.... hmmm ... let's see ... why would he lie ... oh, I dunnooo ....
say, to cover up a crime he committed or knows was committed?
