I wouldn't doubt it. It's one that they give babies now, within the first few days of life. It's one that we refused, since I don't think my baby was going to be having sex or using needles for a while.
But, since they're routinely vaccinating infants now, I'd guess that blood donations places will come up with a way to deal with the false positives that vaccinations create, or they're gonna be SOL on the blood supply in the not too distant future.
