They're 1 and 3.  so making the move (if we actually do this) by the
time they're in kindergarten shouldn't be an issue.

Even if it's not 'til 1st grade, it's a 95% ride.

Right now my biggest is...work.  Is there stuff in IT, or would I have
to become, y'know, a lumberjack or something?  I'm not great at
