Not really anything I can get help with...I just hate their customer service. Ask them a question, they shoot me back and email on how to download the manual, which I've already done. Fine. Email them back that the answer wasn't in the manual. They email me back and suggest that I download the manual. Just really horrible CS. And it wasn't an auto-response, this was a real person.
