No crap man 90k in ohio, jeeezzle peats! I did a cost of living comparison and it looks like most places are saying you could make around 50k out here and be just as well off, though one did say 60k but it was quoting prices that were off on houses, 230 for here 440 for there). We're building a nice little home for under 200k. Its nothing extra oridinary (actually is kinda small) but its what we want. http://www.mihomes.com/details.asp?Subid=32755&listingid=257877&type=P#
After additions (10k of which were free) the SQ ft is about 200 more than that (along with a basement which is not calculated in SQ ft) there are now 2 bathrooms and we'll be putting in a third when we finish the basement. All and all for someone w/o family its great but heck with family you could still fall in under 230k for a NEW home...oh did I mention the company I work for is hiring??? You know you want to move out to Ohio Jim :D Adam H On 11/15/05, G <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > get yer ass off the east coast and come out here where 90K would make you > a > wealthy home owner.... > > > We're considering moving (from the Boston area).
