Yep, one of the most awkward moments of my career here. I got caught becuase my damn computer froze up just as she was rounding the corner to talk to me, and I didn't think fast enough to turn off the monitor. So there was the browser window open to some kind of pron, and I'm not talking soft-core, either. She said "Ray!" and I said, "Um, sorry about that", and promptly shut down the computer. She went on like nothing had happened, but we both knew there was tension there.
It's not so bad now, that was like two years ago, and I found out since then that two other guys have been caught in a similar way. And one of them is her boyfriend, who works with us, we all have a good laugh about it now. She's a cool boss, really cool, she has a son my age, and knows the deal with guys and pron, we just can't help ourselves. We go out for drinks (we call it "staff meeting") every two weeks, we have beer in the back fridge in case we get uber-stressed, that kind of stuff.
