Arg - I think I just figured it out. I totlaly forgot about one thing that may be causing this. I have an "Outlook Plugin" called Cloudmark Spamnet installed to do spam prevention. It's on all my systems, but I think for some reason it's tripping up my email and modifying it only on my desktop. I just dowloaded and installed an update to Spamnet and the messages seem to be back to normal now.
