Somebody has got to know the story behind this. What the heck is "illegal photographing"?
Who is this woman? Where are they? What were they photographing? Why do they come back every couple of years and take pictures? >From what I can guess, she is a member of some religious nut-job group who live in a walled compound with no windows that can only be accessed by using the stairs up and over the wall. The photographers climbed the stairs and were taking pictures down into the compound, to be used as some sort of nightly news "look at the wackos" piece, and that is why the woman was flipping out. But it is still painfully funny.
