Back on the CSS Vista thread, I tried to install this. It required I install the .Net2 framework. So I downloaded that and tried to install it. To install the framework, I needed to install a new installer v3 program. So I tried to download it. In order to download it, I had to download and install and run a program to validate my windows license. Which I did. Then I downloaded the installer v3 and installed it. Which required a reboot. Which I did. So then I was able to install the .net framework. Which required a reboot. Which I did. So then I unzipped and installed the CSSVista program.
Done! (Only 35 minutes later). Not a bad tool, not world shaking or anything, but probably worth the time to install it. Now I just have to worry about how all the .net framework will affect my system the rest of the time. (Any ideas anyone? Did it install anything that is always in memory, services, etc?) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:182622 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
