Here is a question for those who use HELM control panels for hosting:

The hosting setup as my domain as:

D:\web\mydomain.com (with the following directories):

\db (database files)
\data (data files)
\wwwroot (web root folder)

So far no problems...

I drop all my website files into the wwwroot folder.

I can have subdomains and when subdomain is created it is basically
a subfolder in the webroot folder such as:

D:\web\mydomain.com\wwwroot\subdomain

Now lets say part of my domain (not subdomain) has a folder called:
support
so you can access it via: www.mydomain.com\support

and I have a subdomain for support: http:\\support.mydomain.com

However these are different files for each desire folder.

http:\\support.mydomain.com will have my support application for
clients.

http:\\www.mydomain.com\support would have information about my support
options.

How does one go about doing this? One person said in HELM, create a
virtual directory
for the mydomain.com\support to point to another folder. Do you think
they mean:
d:\web\mydomain.com\supportinfo would be have the virtual for
mydomain.com\support ??

Wouldn't this cause more problems?
