Dana, I find it disturbing that the cops aren't looking for this guy. I know 
around here, even attempted kidnappings like the one you described are 
pasted all over the news and become big stories until someone is caught.

The cops almost always start by checking on locally registered sex 
offenders....are they not even doing that???
