And if she dies in the woods? I agree that what she did was horrific, but I don't think she should die for it.
I think this judge is wrong... Judith I would presume that there would be another human there to make sure she does her punishment. I didn't read that she was going to be chained or otherwise restrained, so I would think somebody official would have to be there to watch her and make sure she actually did the time.
