You mean the people who are already being paid to already be in a location 
where we are supposed to be putting our prisoners? They are called "prison 
guards"....cops on the beat aren't prison guards.

If I knew I could get away with a night in the park, instead of substantial 
jail time.......is this REALLY a good thing? One cold night.....vs. hundreds 
of lonely nights in jail? I mean, on merits alone, is this really that bad 
of a punishment? One night in a park?

Someone hurt or tried to hurt my dog intentionally.......I can't even fathom 
what I'd do to them....
