Um .. if they enter a URL and go directly to the page that would normaly not
have the back button, just check for the http_referer and if it isn't the
page that would cause the other one to pop up, make the current page
relocate to the parent page which has that code in it which will cause the
popup to happen as planned.  Um .. did anyone get that?  heh
