We have this problem all the time with our CMS. We now state before EVERY training session and before we even allow a customer to use the back office that they CANNOT copy and paste from word. Either paste it into notepad first or open it with WordPad.
So far, knock on wood, we've not had too many problems. Every once in a while someone forgets - but it's an easy fix.
