he didn't SAY it but he had himself televised in from of a huge banner
that said MIssion Accomplished. Exactly the sort of deniability this
administration has turned into an art form. I looked up the text of
that speech for a discussion we had here a while ack and nowhere in it
does he actually *say* we were done, no.
