Yea. And about time. I was psyched for the first episode or two about that series because of the subject matter and where they could go with it (being a bit of a physics/space geek -- I some strange science fair experiments in high school, How a Space Elevator would work (working model), Why the Big Bang was Self Creating, etc), but it became obvious quickly simply by the intro that they had that they planned to go the long, boring route ... That is, for the next two years or so each episode would consiist of them futily attempt to chase down some other alien trying to spread this alien sound. Ridiculous. And boring. Surface/Fathom on the other hand, started out like slowly like a modern sea version of ET but has so far but hard to tell what they're going to do next week. It's like watching a long spielberg movie or mini-series.
