not sure if she was before your time. There was a discussion about the first amendment, and another one in which she was saying if you let gays may each other you may as well let people marry thier pets, and if you allow this then maybe you should allow pedophilia, etc. Which might have been an interesting discussion but she got really upset about people disagreeing with her and yes, she seemed quite offended at the suggestion that discrimination against gays was equivalent to discrimination against blacks.
The thread that set set *me* off was the one where she said I had no right to comment on a possible draft, not having been born here.
