Yeah, that's one of those demagogic things you're always hearing from the President. It's worth crap. As I said before there are a lot of East Germans, and probably Iraqis, that laugh at your emotional plea. In the end nobody gives a crap about voting if there's no law and order. It's kind of like giving desert nomads ice - you'd think they'd appreciate it, but it really just hurts their teeth. So, as usual, I have BIG problem with this administration's policies. If he's really into nation-building then it should be: 1.) Get rid of dictator. 2.) Restore peace. 3.) Foment local democracies. 4.) Form national parties from local groups. 5.) Hold national elections.
