That's about the only thing I'll hand to MS at this point - the upgrade was 
good...  At work I did successfully upgrade 3 2k machines, as well as a 98SE 
one with ZERO hassle (all to XP Pro)...  Nonetheless, I did this while 
shaking my head.  And when I was done, I went back to work on my SuSE 
workstation....
