I just don't understand how the FCC can lambaste Stern, but this show gets a free pass.
It is Cable versus Air Ways. FCC has a lot to say about radio and broadcast television, but much less about cable. Something to do with the idea that one can choose not to receive cable, but one really can't stop electromagnetic waves coming to your house.
