More info: the VPN version of Talisman is actually listed here http://www.sveasoft.com/content/view/20/1/
"The VPN build includes a PPTP and IPSec server in addition to the core feature sets. This version is designed for high-security installations where the router itself is a highly secure endpoint and gateway to the internal network." The most flexible appears to be openWRT at: http://www.openwrt.org/ and I have found serveral posts about using it as a VPN gateway in the forums. I'll let you know how it goes... :) -Cameron On 12/9/05, Jim Davis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > -----Original Message----- > > From: Cameron Childress [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Sent: Friday, December 09, 2005 1:08 PM > > To: CF-Community > > Subject: Re: Talisman, Alchemy, DD-WRT and WRT54G? > > > > On 12/8/05, Jim Davis <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > Are you sure that "VPN capable" doesn't just mean as a client? > > > > Yes, I am absolutely sure there is a VPN server version out there > > somewhere.
