For mixing I go with Makers as the most expensive, Jim Beam is good for
mixing too.

As for sipping there are several that I like.

Woodford reserve is not bad

Knob Creek is good

Blanton's is good

Pappy Van Winkles is by far my favorite for sipping

I've recently purchased a new bottle of Jefferson's Reserve, pretty tasty,
it has a little more kick than most, but it is aged for I think 15 years.

Woodford Reserve has a new one out now that is a four grain Bourbon, and was
aged a little longer. I haven't gotten a bottle of that yet, cost on that
one is around $80 a bottle. But if you only sip it, it lasts a long time.

What's your poison? I like Maker for shots and mixing, Early Time
isn't bad if you put in some mint leaves. Jim Beams not bad as a
mixer. What's a good sipping bourbon?
