A wok should be carbon steel!

This piece is one of the best i've ever heard on purchasing/seasoning
a wok. It even includes a simple way to season your wok. and tips on
how to purchase, what to look for (bang it on the floor! -  wok
shopping and performance art!! :-P ), etc.
