Actually, this brings up an interesting idea. A distributed application. Take a single point project manager, a design team and a group of programmers given specific CFCs and functions to write. The design team says what's needed, the manager makes sure its done and the team does it either on contract or on bid. For example, lets say someone wanted to redo myspace (not a hard job at all). One section is the personal image gallery. It needs to be linked to the users home page, needs to allow multiple images with captions, needs to allow for one image to be viewed as primary, and needs to allow for comments on a per image basis. Each of these can be broken down into it's components and then farmed out. Get me a good project manager and we could rebuild myspace faster, better and more secure in no time at all.
