I don't know. The US would certainly seem to be more willing to go the military route. Whether this is because it has been necessary -- I am an agnostic. I don't think Iraq was a good move. Afghanistan seems to have been necessary. Haiti, Grenada, Sudan??? Wasn't paying too much attention, to be honest.
