Yeah, I would've like to have seen anything that pissed off Alla.

As to Rebecca, I disagree with most of you. My philosophy is that you
hire someone for what they can do, not what they did. Randal might
have had lots of checkmarks, but here's where he's going to fail for
The Donald:

1.) No loyalty. He's working for himself period, and that may or may
not merge with The Donald's interests. The minute he sees a shiny
piece of bling elsewhere, he's gone.

2.) He's arrogant. In many of the tasks, he didn't do much. The
Donald's older guy was about to hit him on that last night, but got
cut off. He thinks he's more talented than he is, often acting as if
his mere presence is enough for success.

3.) He's somewhat inert. He has many decent ideas, no great ones.
His execution is poor. Look at his final task: 4 people to buy
decorations, doesn't check the weather or have a plan B, and isn't
holding people to timeline. That's just poor project management.

Rebecca is the opposite of all of those qualities: loyal (almost to a
fault), humble and works as a collaborative leader, is excellent at
execution. Rebecca gets the details right the first time without
direction.

That's why she should've won.
