If your gun has a biometric trigger lock with a deadman switch, the gun is useless you cut the owners shooting hand off when you steal it.

All excellent ideas. BTW your trigger lock ideas reminded me of another. Schmidt was saying one way around bullet regulation would be to steal them. So how about this: Let's say your guns/bullets were stolen because you didn't have them properly secured. Then you become an accessory to the crimes committed with them.
