yeah but that guy was crazy wasn't he? Or at least disturbed? I say let the idiots shoot each other, improves the gene pool. That's the answer for the wilderness. I am not sure about the inner cities though. I'd favor a ban if I thought it could be enforced. As it probably can't your answer may be best in urban areas.
