Yes, but I'd like to think the line to draw is between art and
entertainment (and nothing).

There is a lot of art that I can't appreciate, but I still recognize
it as art which includes art I don't like.  For example, Jackson 
Pollock.  I don't appreciate it, but I'm sure once you're able to see
the fractals you could like it.

Then there's that screaming schizo guy.  I'd never want to hang that
on my wall, but it's definitely art.

So my contention would be that art likely isn't subjective, only our
opinions of it are.  Maybe that's saying it is ... I dunno
