"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and
effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,
and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized."

Simple, the part where it says "unreasonable searches and seizures" as
opposed to "non-Warranted searches and seizures"

It ONLY claims that people shall be protected against unreasonable searches
and seizures, not once does it claim a warrant is needed.

When pulled over for a speeding ticket, an officer observes a marijuana
plant in the back of your car, does he need a warrant? No.

When your ex wife has been brutally stabbed to death, and an office coming
to your home finds blood on your white bronco, does he need a warrant to
jump the fence? No.
