Dunno but ... Last July I was eating lunch on the west side of town and had to come back east. As I walked to my car I noticed about 10 helicopters hovering at different points in the city. I kind of ignored it and started heading east on the main highway loop in MSP, 494. After about 1 minute I noticed that I was the only car on the entire highway in both directions. And this was 12:30 PM during rushhour! Spooky! As I drove I noticed that every exit onto the freeway was blocked by cops. Nobody was signaling me, but I seriously considered getting off because I knew something was wrong. However I hate traffic and I could see every major feeder road was blocked for miles so I took my chances. After about 10 minutes a huge motorcade passed going the opposite direction. Turned out it was the President going to a fund raiser. What kind of moron blocks traffic for hours in a major city on a workday just to get to a fundraiser? It was then that I decided I didn't like President Bush.
